I am thrilled to have been accepted into the ALX backend web programming program. My tech journey began in high school, where I was fascinated by technology’s power to solve real-world problems. Although I initially pursued a career in nursing, my passion for technology never waned.

Earlier this year, I completed a 6-week ALX AI Career Essentials program, which further ignited my interest in tech and solidified my desire to pivot into this field. This led me to apply for the backend web programming program at ALX, and I am grateful to have been accepted. Additionally, attending a tech summit in Nairobi last year exposed me to the vibrant tech community and the endless possibilities within the industry.

The ALX program represents a significant milestone in my career, providing me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in backend web programming. I am particularly passionate about this field because it allows me to create robust and scalable systems that support innovative applications.

A paid internship at a top tech company would be an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience and learn from industry leaders. It would enable me to refine my skills, understand the intricacies of real-world projects, and build a network of professionals who can guide me on my journey.
