Tadiwa Gwede

Zimbabwe

As a young professional with eight years of experience in sports coaching, marketing, and digital design, I am eager to use my skills in the dynamic and innovative environment of a top tech company. I am not new to the African Leadership Network, as I attended ALU Rwanda but had to leave due to financial constraints. I went on to establish Kwiga Hub Sports, a coaching company aimed at creating future sports professionals through coaching, mentoring, and content creation. By engaging high school, university, and gap year students, the initiative exposes young individuals to various facets of the sports world.

My journey began in sports coaching, where I honed my leadership and team-building abilities. Coaching taught me the importance of strategy, perseverance, and effective communication. These skills have been vital in my subsequent roles, allowing me to manage projects efficiently and foster collaborative work environments.
